How to Submit a Warranty or Repair Request

To have your warranty claim or repair request processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, please complete the Warranty / Repair Request Form at the bottom of this page. Once received, we will send you an RMA # with shipping instructions. The RMA # allows us to identify and track your products once they have been received by our technicians and MUST BE INCLUDED with any products shipped to FuelTech for warranty or repair.

We recommend contacting Tech Support prior to submitting a Warranty Claim or Repair Request. If you have not already done so, please contact Tech Support regarding your issue before requesting an RMA #.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Diagnostics Fees: A diagnostic fee of $50 will be applied to any product (except fuel injectors) submitted for repairs and warranty claims. This fee is waived for products that are within the warranty period and eligible for replacement or repair under warranty. Fuel injectors are subject to a $35 fee per injector for cleaning and testing, which is also waived if eligible for repair or replacement under warranty. 

Warranty / Return Request Response Time: Please allow 1-2 business days to receive an RMA # and shipping instructions from the time that your request form has been submitted. 

Repair Fees: Once your product(s) have been tested, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the necessary repairs. Repairs will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the quote to ensure full transparency and satisfaction with the process.

Return Shipping Fees: Once your product has been repaired, you will be charged for the cost of the repairs and return shipping. Return shipping is free for warranty claims.
